About the Internship

Role: Administration Intern

Duration: 6 months to 1 year (full-time, on-site)

Stipend: Rs. 5,000/month + incentives + performance bonus

Location: Hayakawa Campus, Chennai

Eligibility:

Completed C-JAT I or above (current students & alumni welcome)

Any degree (fresh graduates strongly encouraged)

What You Will Do (Real Work, Real Impact)
You will work closely with our admin and academic teams and take responsibility for:

Supporting student counselling and batch scheduling

Handling administrative tasks, billing and follow-up / marketing calls

Assisting in video content creation for social media & promotions

Supporting cultural events, workshops and tea ceremony programs

Interacting with Japanese guests, interns and professionals

Helping with textbook packing, dispatch and logistics operations
