Description

The operation lead / manager is an exciting role which requires overseeing operational activities and managing the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate /Diploma Holder
• Certified in JLPT N3(or L3) or above or equivalent certifications
• Very Good oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• Customer interaction & communication (day-to-day basis / need basis) .
• Completed any Graduate or Postgraduate with good academic background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Good Verbal phone skills, professional demeanour, previous customer service experience strongly desired.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
• Status reporting to project manager for daily/weekly/monthly report.
• Knowledge of MS Office (PPT/Excel/Word/Outlook/MS Teams) and basic computer skills.
• Quick grasping and get familiar with client and their respective applications.
• KAIZEN Aptitude-Service improvement for service enhancement.
• Training and team development, Mentoring, coaching.
• Ready to work in 24*7 shift.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Need to do alert monitoring 24/7 in rotational shift basis.
• Customer communication over phone or mail using ServiceNow tool.
• Supporting Level-2 team during the trouble handling and server maintenance.
• Incident, Problem and change Management need to be handled 24/7 in rotational shift basis.
• Team on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Efficient execution of transitioned work.
• Grooming resources -KT support (Status reporting to Transition Manager daily/weekly/monthly report).
• Ensure the transitioned work implemented efficiently in operation phase -Service preparation and monitoring.
• Daily operation management.
• Report preparation.
• Executing PMO related tasks - Project Coordination.
• Contract management (PO, SOW, SLA, KPI management).
• Resource Management.
• IT Assets Management -Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality Control (Internal audit and Governance).
