Hayakawa Japanese Language School & Cultural Center Pvt Ltd, Chenai And First Study Japanese Language School in Osaka, Japan had entered in to an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for sending Indian students to Japan for higher studies in Japanese Language and Culture.


  • Non Engineering Candidates interested to work in Japan.
  • Engineering Candidates with IT/CAD/Architecture background interested to work in Japan.
  • Any Degree.
  • Those who pursuing/completed C-JAT I or above in Hayakawa.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 35 Years
    The sponsor must qualify all the conditions in order to the student to get student visa in Japan.
  • Sponsor should be parents / siblings or self.
  • Sponsor should be working / retired with income.
  • Sponsors’ income should be able to bear all your expenses in Japan.
  • Applicant should submit proof of income / deposits / investments.

Personal interview for admission will be held thrice a year on January, March & August at Hayakawa.

New Intakes will be thrice a year on April, July and October. The classes commence from second week of April, July & October in Japan.

  • Colour photo with white background & no border - Passport size (4cm×3cm) – 6 Nos.
  • Copy of Indian passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Ration Card etc.
  • Personal History - Hand written in English/Japanese
  • Updated CV
  • Proof of Japanese studies at Hayakawa
  • Certificates (School/College/University)
  • Transcripts

Total School Fees will be around 7,90,000 JP Yen to 8,20,000 JP Yen per year (depends on the duration of course)

Dormitories are available for the first 6 months and 1-year course students can utilise the dormitories fully for one year. 1½ years and 2 years students has to arrange accommodation outside after 6 months.

  • Separate dormitories for Girls/Boys

  • Room Rent for 2-3 occupant JP Yen 20,000/month/person
  • Room Rent for single occupant JP Yen 40,000/month

Support upon entry to Japan

Hayakawa will give free counselling and support for our students until getting visa to Japan.
We will help our students on the following:

- Airport Pickup
- Accommodation
- Residence Card
- Health Insurance
- Mobile Phone
- Japan Bank Account

Part Time Job

We will help our students in the initial stage of life in Japan and also will help in finding the appropriate Part time job as per students’ Japanese Language skills.

Basic salary in Japan is 900 Yen to 1350 Yen per hour and student can do par-time work for a maximum of 28 hours/week.

Higher Education

We will help our students to apply for higher education and provide special coaching for university entrance exams in Japan while they are studying in Japan.

Full time work

We will arrange job interviews for full time work once you clear the business level course in Japan.
